About the Company

Incinque is based out of Canada and offers its services and provides consultants in different parts of the world. No two clients or projects are alike. We don't use a "cookie-cutter" approach to anything we do.

We will take the time to fully understand your business challenges and develop a highly customised and tailored approach to meet your specific needs.

Third-Party Consultants

If the company appoints a third-party consultant, a general commission agent, or any other agent with an independent status, the cost of any such person, company, or facility will be added to the invoice for completing the service or job.

Clients will be informed of any such arrangement prior to the invoice being issued.

Third-Party Software

Any third-party software purchased on behalf of the customer will be billed as per the corresponding invoice. Incinque acts only as an intermediary in such transactions and the terms of the software vendor will apply in addition to our own policies.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

⏱ 30-Day Policy

All payments come with a 30-day Return, Refund, and/or Cancellation Policy. Requests submitted within this window will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

Refund eligibility is subject to the nature of the service delivered and the stage of project completion at the time the request is raised.

Taxes & Fees

Taxes and fees, as applicable, are collected and added to the invoice as levied by the relevant banking or regulatory authority. These charges are outside of Incinque's control and are passed through at cost.

Clients are advised to review their invoice carefully for any applicable surcharges before making payment.

Subscription Termination & Cancellation

Termination and cancellation of subscription-based plans purchased by the customer are subject to termination or cancellation by Incinque, at any time without prior notice.

In the event of such termination or cancellation:

  • A refund on a pro-rata basis for the time remaining on the service package will be issued to the customer
  • The refund will be processed within 30 days of such modification, termination, or cancellation
  • The refund will be returned via the original payment method where possible

Service Modifications

Incinque reserves the right to modify or enhance the procedures and/or features of the service packages to improve the quality of service, without notifying the customer in advance.

Such modifications are made in good faith to improve the overall service experience and will not adversely affect the core deliverables agreed upon at the time of purchase.
